Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Support financial activities from Master data perspective, decision making and general projects
- Provide timely, proactive support on Master Data
- Maintain accurate and timely Fixed Asset and Internal Order master data according to Country specific needs
- Prepare analysis or reporting with particular emphasis on accuracy, compliance and timeliness of data provided
- Provide ‘first line support’ on SAP issues on Master Data.
- Execute and perform daily, monthly, semi-annual and annual Internal controls over MD changes
- Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt
- Performing GFMD Compliance, respective controls ownership
