Responsibilities
- Responding to all customer inquiries and leads coming in via different channels - emails, calls, WhatsApp messages
- Processing customer orders
- Analyzing client requirements
- Maintaining the customer database
- Provide assistance to customers and resolve their issues
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues
- Help manage and update the website, including editing pages and ensuring all content is up-to-date and accurate.
- Assist in marketing activities (e.g. social media, direct mail and web)
- To raise brand awareness through Facebook, Instagram etc.
- Research SEO keywords to use throughout the website and marketing materials
- Manage strategies for digital media SEM, SEO & Social Media.
- Monitor company presence on social media and provide creative ideas for content marketing
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and potential areas of growth
Qualifications
- Education background in marketing, social media marketing, mass communication, or relevant fields
- Fluent in oral & written English
- Excellent internet research skills
- A positive and well-organized individual with extreme attention to detail
- Proficient knowledge of the major social media platforms including Instagram and Facebook
- Experience with Canva and other content-creating tools
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
