Qualification: CA or ICMA qualified with 5+ Years post qualification experience
Experience: At least 10 years of experience in a senior management position, out of which at least 05 years’ experience as CFO or equivalent in Real Estate Development/Facility Management industry.

Skills Required:
· Strong Financial Management & planning, analysis, forecasting, tax advisory & compliance, investment & portfolio management, working capital management, and experience in creating and managing business plans.
· Proficient oral and written communication skills, demonstrating ability to communicate at any level.
· Advanced PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Access
· Real Estate industry experience; strong understanding of high-rise building projects.
