ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

We are looking for an Adoption & Change Manager to join our Sprinklr Social Tech Hub team and take the lead of the adoption of Social Media platforms to design, conduct and deliver reports.
Drive Sprinklr enhancements for markets, Relay and drive global initiatives and Optimize approach and platform for markets.
Reports to: Marketing Social Lead
Reporting Level: 1
Geographic Scope: Global
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
- Working directly with the markets and in-market champion to enable capability
- Coaching the markets on the tool
- Conduct monthly adoption reporting and support with value realization
- Engage with low adopting markets to identify issues/barriers to adoption
- Liaise with delivery team to plan and deliver market enhancements & training
- Manage all market communications
- Work with Sprinklr to plan and conduct empowerment sessions
- Support in documenting processes for BAU operating model
- Responsible for health, security, and new releases
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE
- Notions of social listening technologies, specifically Sprinklr Social Engagement Solutions
- Understanding of social media marketing concepts & trends and relevant marketing rules and principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English) and attention to detail
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Leaderships skills
- Use BAT’s formal development framework to identify individual development needs
- At least 2-5 years of Digital Marketing tasks experience
- Have worked at least 2-5 years with Social Media platforms
- Background in Social Media support, Digital Marketing and Social Media tools or in risk management
- Bachelor of Marketing or related
- Conduct monthly adoption reporting
- Engage with low adopting markets to identify issues/barriers to adoption
- Manage all market communications
- Work with Sprinklr to plan and conduct empowerment sessions
