The regional hub will contain teams of Application Developers, Business Analysts, Project/Program Managers and other technology roles that require time zone overlap with clients in EMEA. Role
The Instructional Designer will focus on creating technical training and curriculum, working with the subject-matter experts (SMEs) and implementing global training to ensure a successful adaptation. This is a great opportunity to enable all technical teams across a large organization. This role will report to the Development COE Training Leader.
We will rely on you to
Design, develop, and maintain curriculum and assessment. Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and knowledge transfer.
Partner with subject matter experts and identify business goals and target audience’s learning needs, and/or analyse existing training material.
Develops and maintains core curriculums.
Plan, execute, and manage the training program delivery.
Manage the training delivery platform and MMC Learning Management System (LMS) for training efficacy measurement.
What you need to have
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Romanian and English
Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of working experience in corporate training
Proven working experience in instructional design, instructional technology, training implementation and measurement
Must be proficient in using Articulate 360 Suite to storyboard and develop digital learning courses
Experience in creating animation videos, using video animation software tools, such as Vyond, Adobe, or Doodly, etc.
Familiar with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Good communication and collaboration skills
