We deliver leading SaaS technology and marketing services to give hoteliers the tools to increase revenue performance, bookings and efficiency, and provide their consumers the best services and experiences.

Currently we are looking for a Marketing Executive to help us spread the word about Profitroom’s outstanding products and partner with Sales to grow our market share in Africa continuously.
This role will operate in an agile environment being a focal point for all marketing initiatives focused on Africa and a liaison between the two teams: the Africa Market Team and the Marketing Department.

Responsibilities:

  • Executing marketing strategies and plans while working closely with the Marketing Department to support our shared objectives for the African Market
  • Creating and implementing our English content marketing activities such as blogs, advertising, online and offline marketing collateral, and email marketing
  • Campaign planning in collaboration with the Regional Team
  • Executing company social media strategy on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Organizing and coordinating events in the African market
  • Competitor analysis and benchmarking as well as monitoring on current industry trends and audience preferences
  • Liaising with industry associations, influencers, and consultants


Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2B marketing, preferably within the hospitality industry or related fields. Specific experience in marketing to hotel owners or event management will be a significant advantage.
  • Strong writing and communication skills to create compelling marketing content for various channels, including blogs, social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and strategies is essential. This includes knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, pay-per-click advertising, email marketing, and lead generation techniques.
  • Ability to analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
  • Strong networking skills are vital to building and maintaining relationships with hotel owners, industry partners, and key stakeholders to promote the business effectively.
  • Be well-versed in planning and executing successful marketing events targeting hotel owners. This includes organizing workshops, webinars, and networking events to attract potential clients.
