About this role

You successfully drive and deliver your projects on time and in budget. You manage, plan, budget, monitor and report status of your projects. You liaise and interact with project stakeholders and manage delivery teams tasked with execution of the projects. You make sure the scope of your projects is clearly defined, report regularly on progress and ensure project deliveries stay within approved schedules and budgets.

Your responsibilities
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

  • Proactively manage risk, dependencies, quality and change requests

  • Steer project governance with key stakeholders to control project scope and budget

  • Act as a product champion towards our customers Lead the definition of detailed project scope & objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Your qualifications, skills and experience
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, IT or related field

  • Strong understanding of the banking domain, its products, processes and business practices and ideally first-hand knowledge of technology-based investment or advisory platforms

  • Minimum 5 years proven track record as a Project Manager with end-to-end project responsibility within the financial services industry

  • Expertise in agile approaches and traditional project management methods and tools.

  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, strong stakeholder management and communications skills

  • Quick learner with an ambitious and results driven personality

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and German is a must

Location

This position is based in Frankfurt Office or Europe Union - remote.
