Sales Coordinator
مسؤوليات منسق المبيعات:
مساعدة إدارة المبيعات بحصر العملاء لعرض سلع و خدمات الشركة، والرد على استفسارات العملاء و توفير خدمة الدعم والمتابعة للعملاء.
وتوفير الدعم الداخلي لفريق المبيعات عن طريق تسجيل معلومات العملاء و فرص المبيعات على برامج الجداول و العمل مع فريق التسويق لتجهيز جميع المستندات المطلوبة لفريق المبيعات و العمل على استراتيجيات الوصول إلى العملاء.
يتطلب المنصب شخص لديه خبرة من 1-3 سنوات في نفس المجال و لديه الحافز أن يحقق أهداف المبيعات و خدمة لعملاء .
Responsibilities:
Supporting daily sales team activities as required for and on behalf of the sales management team
Generate sales leads for outbound sales and track leads using spreadsheets and CRM
Management of salesman and customer/photography samples
Purchase order and sample request entry and maintenance
Create and update available-to-sell reports
Communicate with customers on purchase order and delivery/shipping updates
Handle customer care inquiries and sales inquiries
Effectively work with sales team in obtaining creative materials and generate support materials for local/digital sales
Assist sales and cross-functional teams with other special projects as needed
Analyze the sales performance
Assist with internal negotiations
Should maintain an accurate record of all sales or complaints.
Should develop in-depth knowledge of smart products.
Find and outline the opportunities to increase sales through the website and application
Requirements and skills:
0-3 years experience in a related field
Should be able to utilize the internet and online tools like email, social media to encourage sales.
Should be able to create ideas for content marketing and update the website.
The ideal candidate would be an independent, self-starter who can thrive and multi-task in a fast paced work environment who possesses a strong sense of ownership.
Previous work experience
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Familiarity with CRM practices
Highly motivated and target driven
Able to handle communication with customers including problem solving
Excellent analytical, data gathering, and communication skills
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
Openness to feedback
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to KD450.000 per month
