Responsibilities:
- Sales Copywriting:
Craft persuasive sales copy for diverse marketing materials, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and overall brand messaging.
- Social Media Management:
Lead the charge in managing CanMar Ventures' social media channels, developing and implementing strategies for increased visibility, engagement, and traffic.
- Content Creation for The Hub:
Cultivate user-generated content on The Hub, creating a thriving community through engaging content that reflects CanMar Ventures' brand.
- Collaboration with Marketing Team:
Work collaboratively with the marketing team to maintain consistency in messaging across all channels and align content creation with broader initiatives.
- Data Analysis and Optimization:
Utilize analytics tools to measure the performance of sales copy and social media content, iterating on strategies based on performance data.
- Brand Voice Maintenance:
Uphold and enhance the CanMar Ventures brand voice, ensuring consistency and resonance across all communications.
Performance Criteria:
- Sales Impact:
Measure the impact of sales copy through conversion rates, click-through rates, and overall sales performance.
- Social Media Engagement:
Track key metrics such as follower growth, engagement rates, and community participation on social media channels.
- User-Generated Content Growth:
Monitor and increase user-generated content on The Hub, measuring participation levels and the overall vibrancy of the community.
- Brand Consistency:
Ensure that the brand voice and messaging remain consistent and aligned with CanMar Ventures' values and goals.
- Content Effectiveness:
Evaluate the effectiveness of content by assessing audience engagement, reach, and feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Copywriter, preferably in the technology space.
- Demonstrated expertise in social media management, community building, and content creation.
- Familiarity with the cannabis industry and related markets is a plus.
