We are a new branch of a very thriving home service/repair company started in nashville. we live and work in the knoxville tn area. We are very plumbing centric in knoxville rightnow, but we do hvac/eletrical and general constuction as well. we hold our general contractors license as well as licenced and insured in plumbing/ Eletrical/ and Hvac.
We dispatch from home and you would recieve a company phone and computer to do your work from home or wherever you were most productive, we will soon have an office setting located in knoxville and at that point you would be expexted to work from the office.
This position has major potental for future office management as well.

We are looking for an Admininstrative Assistaint to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for harvesting and scheduling incoming leads over serveral platforms, and transfer them to the field techs. As well as answering phones, and providing administrative support to the field from the office. This position requires excellent customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and be able to provide a friendly and professional atmosphere for our staff and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming calls.
- Message and Call customers who request service, book them on the schedule, and notify service tech of the appointment by using scheduling app.
- Provide general administrative support to the Field staff.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
- Keep up buisness social media accounts, utilize them for advertising purposes, as well as keeping a presence in the local community
- Assisting in pulling permits and billing for clients and staff.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
