We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in the role of EU Registration Services for Medical Devices and In-Vitro Diagnostic Medical Devices. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and business development efforts related to EU registration services for medical devices and in-vitro diagnostic medical devices manufactured in Vietnam. Your primary focus will be on expanding our customer base, achieving sales targets, and building strong relationships with clients.

- Identify and target potential clients within the medical devices industry who require EU registration services for their products.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Develop and implement strategies to generate leads, expand customer base, and maximize sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business requirements and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to secure new business contracts.
- Collaborate closely with clients to ensure their understanding of EU registration processes, requirements, and timelines.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance and support throughout the registration process.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and other key performance indicators.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales objectives.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including regulatory affairs, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- Coordinate with the regulatory affairs team to provide accurate and up-to-date information on EU registration requirements and processes.
- Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate new business opportunities.

Yêu cầu công việc:
1. Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or life sciences.
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the medical devices industry.
- Familiarity with the registration process for medical devices and in-vitro diagnostic medical devices in the EU market is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of the regulatory landscape and requirements for medical devices and in-vitro diagnostic medical devices in the EU.
- Knowledge of relevant EU regulations, such as Medical Devices Regulation (MDR) and In Vitro Diagnostic Medical Devices Regulation (IVDR).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads, conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Familiarity with the technical aspects of medical devices and in-vitro diagnostic medical devices.
- Understanding of product specifications, functionalities, and applications to effectively communicate with clients and address their needs.
- Knowledge of the EU medical devices market and key industry players.
- Understanding of market trends, competition, and pricing strategies.
- Proficiency in English is essential for communication with international clients and regulatory authorities.
- Proficiency in other languages spoken in the EU market is advantageous.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including regulatory affairs, marketing, and customer support.
- Willingness to share knowledge, support colleagues, and contribute to the overall success of the company.
- Ability to adapt to changes in regulations, market dynamics, and customer requirements.
- Proactive attitude towards identifying new business opportunities and staying updated with industry developments.
