Then come and join our global Service Management and Regulatory team, as IT Operations Professional for Finland and Baltics. The work requires being present at the Perkkaa office in Espoo, but some of the work can also be done remotely.

Your tasks and responsibility:


IT infrastructure projects

  • Roll out of centrally defined projects to Zone and countries
  • Act as interface to central project team
  • Perform Country and Zone tasks

Service Management

  • Ticket handling for local support
  • IT service Desk, complaints and escalations

End user Support for Finland and Baltic countries

  • Perform country infrastructure support (on/offboarding of users, configuration support)
  • Install/uninstall computer and mobile clients
  • Hardware Failure: Diagnose, Support & Coordination (forward for break fix)

Coordinate IT Infrastructure support

  • “Housekeeping”, right size Infrastructure service consumption
  • Asset management (lifecycle support, inventory control)
  • HW catalogue
  • Contribute to knowledge management


What do I need to qualify for the role?

  • Degree in Information Technology / Computer Engineering
  • Experience in managing mid-sized IT projects
  • Understanding of IT Service Management (Relevant certifications (E.g., ITIL Foundation/Practitioner, Microsoft Enterprise Administrator Expert)
  • Fluent English (working language)
  • Able to understand Finnish
